We’ve ‘finished’ a revamp of the Waggon and Horses Chalfont St Peter pub web site and it is our first commercial WordPress CMS development.
Simon, the Landlord needed a new web site to replace the existing one which Chalfont Web Design first uploaded almost six years ago and had a number of requirements after discussions with CWD:
- Could be simply updated
- Optimised
- Kept the customers updated
- Integrated with social media
WordPress seemed to be the obvious solution to Simon’s requirements. Simon can now publish new information / news via his mobile phone and laptop, the Permalinks have been optimised for each page, an RSS feed has been established via Feedburner and lastly Twitter has been integrated into the site.
Further developments are in the pipeline to coincide with the upcoming developments at the pub so keep checking back!
